I'm quickly learning the lesson of not leaving all your work until the last minute. The most annoying thing? I need to write an essay and do artwork for school when i really want to do the commissions i've been putting of for ages. Where is the justice, i ask you? Hopefully now with free lessons i'll be able to do more artkwork and writing - all in my lovely new OxfordPress notebook! It's big and orange with thin lines - i love thin lines! That's the main reason i liked maths - the paper with the teeny squares. It looks amazing when you fill up the entire page with writing.
I recently bought a film called the Prestige on DVD - mainly because it has David Bowie playing Nikola Tesla. I found out about it during the peak of my Labyrinth obsession and promptly went out to buy one David Bowie film, one Jennifer Connelly film and The Labyrinth. It's actually a really good film (extra points for the old-fashioned-ness and the Serbian scientist) and the DVD case wasn't lying when it said you had to watch it twice. It's inspired some (hopefully) to come artwork based around three of my story characters, one of whom is a magician, the other the beautiful assistant and the third the pickpocket with the posh accent. So hopefully - time permitting - you will get three drawings soon: Faerie pair, the three street performers above, and some Repo! fanart with Graverobber and my fanfic character (yes, Repo is good enough to pull a fanfiction out of me

), not to mention finishing Jareth. Wish me luck?
The following is more a note-to-self, you don't have to read it!

- FaerieDuo
- Steampunk Snape (Dumbledore's Man)
- Max the Magician
- Graverobber and Nick
- Magnus Bane
- Goodnight & Goodbye (Dion and Sebastian)
- Ellee et Hale ensemble pour toujours.
- Vanity Scars
- My version of L.
- Finish Jareth.
Wow, that's actually quite a lot...
Lots of love!
xx, A.
